If you wear glasses I'd honestly just recommend getting prescription sunglasses over getting a tac visor or something similar. I'm not 100% sure how the prices compare and it depends on where you get your glasses but having prescription sunglasses is really nice and you can use them outside of your car too

I dont wanna support tac products but think about it this way. You knoe when you're asleep and then you wake up to uee the bathroom and turning on the light really hurts your eyes because you adjusted to the darkness, imagine if you looked directly into the light and it was flashing. I wouldn't say you could protect yourself but I'd say the intruder would definitely be slightly disoriented
