Hello Kurtis! I'm an art student and this is what I interpreted art to be which is something that responds to or inspires cultural change. Any art that we see reflects the nature of the people, technology, beliefs and time period so for me that's just what made sense. Because think of it this way, not all art is created with the intention of feeling or causing anyone to feel, sometimes its just experimentation that can only be caused due to the accommodations provided at that time. Humor, food, even memes would be considered art because all those things have evolved over time and reflect the culture of the people in that given time period. Visual artwork is honestly just memes for the rich. So yeah that's my interpretation of what art is.
